Suzanne offers intense, fun training and full body workouts. Suzanne is a certified ISSA Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and CPR and EFA certified. She has been training in Martial Arts for 16 years and has a 4th Degree Black Belt in Isshin Ryu Karate. She is also a certified Mixed Martial Arts Instructor/CMMI, Certified Martial Arts Instructor/CMI, Certified Karate Instructor/CKI. Suzanne works closely with each client to personalize workouts to fit their needs and goals.

Ralston has been training and competing in martial arts for as long as he can remember. He now shares his passion and knowledge to students from age 5 and up. He helps his students develop coordination, confidence, goal setting, and leadership skills though martial arts.
